Customer Joke Service
<p>I bought an external hard drive, was told is the last one on the shelf and was open because ralier in the day anothet Customer asked to see it. I took. When I got home I plugged it and it was already used, named Vivian_M. When I contacted the manager (Robert I think), he laughed at me and told to return it, when I asked why he so unprofessional and not answering my question (why they sell things that are already used), he kept on laughing... I pity the poor Owner </p>
Firstly I would like to thank you for taking time to give us feedback on the experience you had in our store. At Game we take customer’s complaint very seriously as we fully understand that our business success is dependent on happy customers and good customer service.
What happened is totally unacceptable and having a member of management involved makes it even more serious. It is embarrassing to get feedback such as this, as we ensure that our team members are trained and equipped with the knowledge to assist customers. Our team members understand that this is a disciplinary offence.
