Customer ************

A Rep at game stores Jabulani mall showed me flames today. After asking him to move so that we can view cell phones. He made me plead to get him to move from the shelves. After refusing to do so, he told me how he would wait for me outside the store. Tried to complain about the issue with the store manager to be told he is not a Game store Rep but is working for Hollard. Even after I asked for help from Game management I still was shown by the Rep how he does not care about me being a customer and there's nothing I could do about it. I still can't believe that in a store there would allow for customers to be Intimidated. I asked for someone else I could speak to but was given a cellphone number of a lady who did not even care what I was calling her for.

After this I will never ever set foot at Game stores and want nothing to do with their store or service. To think I trusted them and thought they were the best, but after today's service my mind has been changed.
