Customer Injury

On Tuesday 26th March 2020, I went into Game in Richards Bay. I needed a price and found an employee, he asked me to follow him. As I turned the corner, there was a huge box and the strapping had fallen off the side, my shoe got caught in it and I came crashing down. Aubrey, the manager, took me to the hospital and told the staff there that Game was to pay for everything. When they asked for payment he rushed off to the shop. A couple of hours later he called asking that I pay and they would reimburse me. This has still not happened!!!
