Customer complaint to Game Online Store
I bought a phone: Samsung galaxy A21s on the 17th of November 2020.The phone I bought was never delivered to the address provided, I was given a tracking number to track my order on the Dawn Wing courier website. I called Dawn Wing Courier to enquire about my order only to find out that the phone got ****** at Dawn Wing warehouse. I called Game online to request for refund because I didn't receive what I bought. I was told I need to wait for the Dawn Wing Courier company to submit a claim form for the incident that happened at the warehouse, as I'm writing this today I haven't got my money back and I keep on calling asking for feedback. Everyday is a different story.

30 Jan 2021, 09:52What does as soon as possible means to you because I called yesterday still to be told about your waiting for Game-Cradlestone to give confirmation to the Head office so that they can process the Refund. For how long must I wait for your store to give me back my money. You could not deliver what I payed for, the least you can do is give my money back, R 3200.00 is alot of money whereby I can not just let it go to waste I need my money back.
