Customer complaint and bad service

I bought washing machine online on 7th of August 2023. The product was delivered on Thursday happy with that when I open my product the machine has dent at the front and Crack on the righten side, first thing I did friday morning I sent them email with pictures of proof I even called them, they told me ohk we will look to it. Tuesday they sent me an email to send them 4sides of the washing machine I did that Wednesday I sent them everything they asked me to do after that they kept quiet I called them friday asking why is the silence, why I'm not getting any help they told me someone who deals with my querie is not available. Until today no help nothing, I can't use this washing machine I'm using my hands mean while I bought it cash. I'm so sad this is not ohk I will never ever buy to game any more they don't care with their customers only care with our money only.
