Customer Care Still exists - Few & Far Between

Visited Game N1 City on Saturday 28/08/21. I noticed the aisles had been changed. The change looks good. I was assisted by Crispin, as I enquired where the photo printer essentials were. He walked to where it was and asked if there was anything else he could assist me with... I was stunned.. I thought WOW there is still customer care left in retail, few and far between, but there is. I was so chuffed to have been assisted by him with his cheerful attitude. I then went to Siphosethu (cashier - I think that is her name) she was cheerful as well.. Tired she said, but she managed to greet, say thank you and smile. That is a plus in retail today. Thank you guys. I appreciate your customer service. Keep going.
