CUSTOMER BUYS A TRAY OF ROTTEN EGGS

Greeting good people My name is Yvonne Mtshali I am a recruitment specialist by profession.

Here is my experience while shopping at game. I bought groceries I also included eggs. When I left the store there was a funny smell so I thought maybe the bins at the center are smelling . Got into the taxi and the same smell was still there people started opening windows and I thought it was someone else. when I got home my daughter unpacked the groceries and the house was smelling like rotten rats.

The eggs that I bought was rotten not one or two but the whole pack. I got so ashamed the I have been the one smelling the whole time.

What's even worse I returned the eggs and the staff at Galleria Game made a joke out of it they said I am being dramatic when I opened the eggs the whole front counter was smelling as some where broken and the packet was wet . I asked for the manager they said he is not there ( Sbu) that's the department manager.

They sent me to returns and Jabu assisted with the return she can vouch for me as had to take wet wipes to clean the area and to wipe my hand

I am so disappointed by Game such a big reputable store an this is what they do to me.
