Customer assistance stink

Good Morning I logged calls 2 weeks ago that my spinner isn't working.I called them again this morning to find out when they sending some1 out to fix my machine and all they could tell me is they didnt get any feed back yet ???? Its so damn frustrating because my washing is blady pilling up and they couldn't give a damn??? I have taken out 4 year warranty on my machine n this is the stink n pathetic service I get from game !!!!!!!!its winter now & washing takes forever to get dry but to wait a whole damn 2 weeks going in for the 3rd week omgoooooooosh the worse treatment ever from this store.
