Bought a fridge , delivered on the 3rd Nov, return lodged same day. To this day game keeps making false promises. 2 Full weeks and no collection.

Fist hello Peter complaint on the 9th and all I get are private messages game. A week later no fridge has been collected.

Got a call on the 14th November that laser logistics has been assigned to collect the damn fridge on the 17th and I'm still stuck with the fridge. Instead all I ever get if false promises and dealing with rude consultants .

I have exhausted all measures and game is not forthcoming and this leaves me no choice but to take this further and expose game for the ****** they are.
