Game Jabulani (Soweto) are ******. I bought a whirlpool washing machine and they advised me to take an extended warranty. I agreed to the warranty, and I paid for it thinking I'll have peace of mind for 5 years. Now the machine is broken. I reported it 2 months ago. The machine is still not fixed even now. I'm being sent from pillar to post. I don't know how many times I have called for a follow up. I don't know how many times I've been to game for a follow up, I even spoke to the manager but I'm still sitting with a broken machine. Recently I got a call from a lady who told me that I must find someone to fix my machine at my own expense. How crazy is that? She said the fault of the machine is not their problem. How the heck can she say the fault is not their problem when they don't even know where the fault is? They have never sent a technician but they have decided they are not going to fix the machine, after 2 months of waiting? Black Friday is coming, I would like to warn fellow South Africans to stay away from Game. They will sell you an extended warranty, but you will never get service should you need it.
