I bought a defy hob at game store wonderpark last year, and after the purchase game representative adviced me to buy extended warranty for a R1000 and I did, now my job is broken and I'm trying to claim and they miraculously do not cover the damages on my stove, so these people are ****** man, I even tried defy and there is no response. I am asking myself why is there a warranty period and why does game offer extended warranty if they know you are not going to be helped when claiming, even the bottom of the oven is not working nice, guys don't buy defy it's **** especially from game you will be in for a ride
