recently visited your Ballito branch your Ballito branch.Im a permanent resident with SA ID .

I wanted to purchase Adouble door fridge.On enquiring application for credit the lady saw that my ID was written place of birth is Zimbabwe she turned me down.took the form away.

I have been buting at your shop for the past 9 years and to be treated like that did not go down well with me.

I will in future avoid your stores at all cost as they are xenophobic.

I cant change where I was born.

Kindly enlighten me if it is company policy.
