Credit criteria not met - require clarity

Good day,

I've app**** for a Vodacom contract and was declined on Saturday the 14/04/2018. The lady who assisted me at the Tygervalley branch told me it was due to not meeting the credit criteria.

I would just like to inquire as to what the credit criteria is?

What does it entail? As the reason provided is very vague.

I am permanent, I have a good credit profile according to Clearscore.

My income is R12000.00 Gross.

I have one loan with an installment of less than R2000.00

I have been paying all my accounts on time for the time that I have it.

I am in no way over indebted.

So I just want to get clarity as to what the credit criteria is.
