Creative ways to pass the buck

I app**** for a game account on the 26/04/2018.i send in my documents on the 01/05/2018 I have followed up on 4different dates. And Everytime I'm told the account has to be verified or that it's escalated to a team leader or that some Dept needs to release my application. I finds this to be exceptionally creative ways to mask what really is happening. I am unhappy about the unbelievable delay its taking for a simple account. I do not advise any person to open an account with game unless you want to see the creative excuses for yourself
