Ek My order number is ********** 24.
I placed the order on 4 January and still have not received the item.
I phoned the call centre daily for the last week and still no result. Today Ismael was able to assist, and indicated that the courier indicated that they couldn't find my address and were unable to contact me. He subsequently indicated that they would contact me today which they did not.
