CPA does not apply to Game stores.

Game totally ignores the CPA. Bought an angle grinder less than 3 months ago. It stopped working so I took it back. Game insists on sending it off to assess before repair. Games website even states Refund, replace repair but staff insists assess only. Will be reporting to the advertising standards authority as well as for ignoring the CPA.
