Counterfeit phones sold by Game Stores

Not happy with the Nokia phone I bought from Game in Westgate because the software is not certified which makes me think *****. I only found this out because DStv decided to update their Now app kept on telling me to certify video I investigated further and found to my dismay the damn play store isn't certified how the f#** is that possible tried very hard to contact Nokia no reply are they even or have they made like Donald and ducked?
