Couldn't care attitude from Manager

If the management of Massmart are confused as to why Game is losing money they should simply go through to the Game store in Cradlestone mall. I returned a soda stream bottle which though still full didnt work because the thread was incorrect. The attendant refused to replace it at no charge. To prevent an argument I agreed to simply pay again but asked for the manager. To my amazement the manager was sitting down watching the entire exchange. When told her that I would pay this time but would not be back again, she shrugged her shoulders and walked off.

Well done Game, You have just lost another customer.
