Costumer complain

Hi my name is Yvonne I have a problem with Game lephalale store last week I went there as a costumer I was going with mi friend suddenly when I was walking out of the store together with my friend a security told us we cnt exit the entrance we asked y, they said they want to search us then we were shocked as to what could be the reason for them to search us we then followed what we we're asked to do we just followed the security named Petros to his office then my friend was called inside the office and the male security guy forced my friend to take out the things she stole 9f wch she had nothing on her they searched her and found nothing after this experience I found myself shocked and embarrassed by the whole situation which then I no longer feel free to go shop at Game lephalale anymore because of what had happened, I am terrified by the situation I feel like a ***** because of the way I was called infront of other custumes , and the conduct of the security towards us in dealing with the Matter was no anyhow showing customer courtesy I no longer want to see my self at game stores.

I no longer wish to recommend anyone to shop at Game lephalale because customers are treated as ********s.😡💔
