Contract Phone, I***-2
I took a contract Phone with vodacom at Game@Carnival on the 1st on August for 2 x vodacom tablets for R199 a month for 24 months. I paid R105,in the and I was told that they will debit R97 during the cause of the month. To my surprise they tried to debit R296 and R 97 on the 14th. I called vodacom to enquire about the amounts and I'm not getting a clear answer as to what is the R296 for.
Please assist,b because I'm not going to pay for something I don't know.

18 Aug 2017, 09:07Please assist me in canceling dis contract, because, I app**** for a contract of 199 monthly and now I'm being transferred from piller to post and I'm told dat I have 2 numbers dat were activated on de first and I need to pay for them separately 1 it's R296 and the other one it's R97. What must I do to cancel this contract because I'm not going to pay for something I did not sign-up for and worst of all it's going to affect my credit profile. I'm shocked because this is my third contract with vodacom and the fir time im experiencing this.
