Contract double deal issue, have to wait for units.

Have tried to take out contract with game in Fountains mall, Jeffrey's bay which they have on special. The 2x galaxy A26 for R369 on special for limited time. Contract was approved but now I have to wait to get the phones. The reason being that the second phone doesn't go through as for free like the contract stipulates. There is the whole cellphone amount that needs to be paid. This is very inconvenient for me and I am very unsatisfied. If you take out a contract surely you can get the phone right away. It was also mentioned that this has been emailed through to head office with nothing being done. Come on, this is very unprofessional for game. I really do not want to be a very unsatisfied customer. I do ask that this issue get resolved very quickly otherwise I can see no need to go on struggling and will find another store to buy from. I am sure I am not the only customer that feels this way.
