Continued bad service

I wen t to the game store at mall of Africa to purchase a fridge, washing machine and a dishwasher I was on sale online and when I got there I routed around and received no help from the stuff who were standing around and chatting, finally went to ask for help and the guy just pointed at the washing machine I ask for and went about his business. I took pictures of the item I wanted to buy and proceeded to the cashiers, only for Naledi to tell me that I have a bad attitude by stating that I received no help and wasn’t happy about the service I received, she even went on and said that I should apply the principle of Ubuntu(even when I’m being economically profiled)and took me to the very same guy who did not help me and when she got there she said nothing and I had to try to explain what I was there for.
