Consultant with Bad Attitude

My son has a cellphone insurance with game finrite. I made a claim on his behalf on the 23rd of April and the consultant promised that the tablet will be collected within 72hours, but that has not happened till date. I then make a follow up today around 15:00 by calling the center, unfortunately the lady who was supposed to assist with my enquiry gave me the worst attitude ever . I asked her to transfer my call to her senior on duty or provide me with his or her numbers, of which she failed to. I hold the handset for approximately seven minutes for my call to be transferred. Her name is LINDELWA MBAMBO.
