CONSISTENTLY HORRIBLE SERVICE.

Every week I have to come here to complain because of a consistently bad service. been dealing with the same issue since 26 May and it's the 23rd of June. when you lay a complain via email they do not answer and then they come here with a reply that they have sent you an email. I requested for a refund for the desk that has faulty measurements, and they said they escalated the refund to the finance department when I ask what their process was in terms of the days it takes, they ignored me, sent a second email still. The poor customer service is so consistent its shocking and they do not even care. I will bever look twice at this store ever again, my experience has been nothing but frustrating with not a single person from this store at least trying to assist. I have had to come to this platform for every single thing. I want my money back and be done with you and I don't even need the **** apology script.
