CONSISTENT LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE

As expected.... going to Game in gateway has kept up with their disappointing customer service. I went to purchase an item that was advertised... it is out of stock as usual. Try speaking to customer service.... left without any feedback with 10 minutes of waiting, left the store annoyed....
