Consistant Disgusting Service

If you are ever looking for convenience, good service, or real prices Game stores is NOT the place to go looking. I have had to personally come and collect a whole refrigerator myself because they kept playing ring around the roses in their deliveries call center. Only to get there and find staff sitting around.

Most recently ordered stationary online, paid only to find items missing on collection. "They can refund you" I need the items not a refund!

Gugulethu Nxobo "manages" the Clearwater store but is doing the poorest job physically possible and it seems to probably be on purpose, asking services center tellers to engage with her on calls even though she is in-store and available.

Clearwater Game truly the most horrific shopping experience, items "on sale" are never on shelves. Turns out even avoiding the in-store tourture and ordering online, will only inflict the same inhumane punishment!

It's truly people of Walmart meets the lazyness of ****ashop! Sies!
