Confused by Game stores communique

I made an order for a baby bouncer.i was told that it will be delivered after lockdown.I received an sms stating that my order was dispatched and the courier will communicate with me.Yesterday i received an email from Game confirming that i have received my order which i haven't received. Game is very hard to communicate with because they dont reply my emails of enquiry.i tried to call no answer i even tried to send an inbox on facebook. It is very frustrating because i dont knw which info is correct wether the order will be delivered after lockdown or what.
