Confirmed Order Not Really A Confirmed Order

On 16 April 2025 I place an online order of 2 boxes Beacon Marshmallows of which showrd 5 boxes were left. I made payment and received a confirmation email from Game with a statement, 'Your online order is confirmed'. Today, 17 April 2025 at 12:56, 'Apologies, Items you ordered are out of stock'. Unacceptable. I would Game to answer these questions. 1. Did you sell my order to someone else? 2. Did staff only start picking my order in the late morning closest to the afternoon? 3. Do you think an apology and refund makes the experience better?

I required the answers to my questions to help me compose my apology to my children who require this for their Easter Hunt they have planned for their cousins.
