Confirmation Message *Business Name:* Game *Rating:* 1 out of 5 *Review:* Purchased a Megamaster Iron from Game. It has been problematic and the store agreed to replace the iron in September. The iron is faulty again. Verimark manager at game says it's the plug but could not verify how he tested it. Games customer care is very poor giving generic answers that I need to take the iron in despite the iron being with them and No one calling the store to check on the iron. They don't read notes that they make nor check reference numbers.
