Confirm delivery of an undelivered item

Terrible customer service. I did an online purchase which is being promoted in stores. To this day I have not received delivery of the said item. It has been fully paid for. To my surprise I receive an email this morning asking me to confirm delivery. They do not respond to my emails. NEVER SHOP at game online.
