I would just like to thank Game for their service, We informed them that our parents passed away and we would like to cancel the account and pay what is owed, the lady was very friendly and said please don't worry about this you have more important things to deal with, handed me a form to fill in and informed us that Game has a policy and insurance in place for these things and we do not need to pay anything. Filled in the forms and the next day received an sms stating the account is closed and condolences.
