Concern Regarding Unprofessional Behavior at Your Store

Saturday, November 16th, I personally experienced an unsettling incident involving a Tevo staff member at Game mall of Africa. While I was considering purchasing a Verimark vacuum, the staff member Khumo approached me and disparaged Verimark products, labeling them as "bad" and "non-functional." The individual then attempted to persuade me, rather forcefully, to purchase a Tevo product instead. As a customer, I found this approach not only aggressive but highly unprofessional. It is crucial for your staff to respect customers' choices and refrain from pressuring them into purchasing products against their will. I am not happy.
