Compliment for Redman at Game Cape Gate

<p>I would like to submit a compliment for Redman at Cape Gate's Game store. On 21 January I visited Game to look at their fridge range. I ran back and forth between House and Home and Game that day as I'm probably the most indecisive person you'll EVER meet. Redman was the consumate sales executive. Where the H& H consulatant traded on the fact that I live around the corner from her and didn't really give me sufficient information about their products, Redman knew his products and models informaiton inside and out. He helped me realise the flaws and benefits of each model and make of fridge I was considering. He didn't do what most sales staff do and push me for the more expensive product that would give him the better sale - he truly listened to my requirements and preferrences and gave me honest opinions as to the pro's and con's of each product. Eventually when I had made up my mind after an epic 3.5 hours of comparing products I was ready to make my choice. Regrettably stock was only due to arrive at their warehouse on the 24, so he scheduled my delivery for the 25th. When my delivery did not take place, I called the store, where poor Vuyo had to answer for a broken promise. He however promptly called me back as promised and provided me with feedback that the stock did not arrive as scheduled on the 24th and will be delayed till the 31st. Yesterday I again called to check if the stock had arrived and when my fridge would be delivered and Vuyo answered again. He spoke to the warehouse and scheduled delivery for later that day. However, another dissipointment as the warehouse did not deliver. Today I called again - ready to wreak havoc because this is the 3rd day I had to inconvenience my sister and dad to stay home to wait on another broken promis of delivery. Fortunately for me Redman was on duty and he promised to check and get back to me in 10 minutes. I admit it took closer to 20 minutes, but the man called back! He advised that the unit has left the warehouse and would be delivered within or around the next hour - that was at 11:50 today. By 12 I had not received confirmation of delivery from my sister yet, but this time, the delivery guy had called to tell her they are in the area and would be there immenently. By 12:21 today's promise was kept and my brand new baby is standing in my kitchen. THANK YOU REDMAN! You ROCK! I wish I could clone you and install you in every store I do business in. I cannot begind to truly thank you enough for always being relyable. I realise that Vuyo could only also do what he did, but it just feels like when I deal with you directly, things happen! I hope your management takes note of the value you add to their business and shows you some sort of appreciation/recognition. If not, I wish you win the lotto, my good man! SA needs busloads full of your calibre!</p>
