I would like to extend my heartfelt appreciation for the exceptional service I received from Chantal in the Electronics section during my recent visit. I went in to purchase a laptop, but unfortunately, the model I initially wanted was out of stock. However, Chantal’s friendly demeanor, patience, and extensive product knowledge made all the difference.

Thanks to her guidance, I left the store with an even better laptop with great specifications. Her professionalism and customer service skills are truly commendable. Chantal’s ability to assist customers with such enthusiasm and expertise makes her a valuable asset to the store.

I hope Game Head Office recognizes the incredible potential she has and the value she brings to the team. She would make an excellent mentor for other staff members, and I wouldn’t be surprised if she successfully ran a store of her own one day.
