Compliment

I just want to pay a compliment to a staff member working at Game at the Glen. His name is Lawrence.<br> <br> I spoke to his manager who said I must contact you.<br> <br> On Saturday 16 January I went in to Game to enquire about a rubber for my vacuum cleaner. Lawrence came forward to assist with such a friendly smile. Unfortunately he could not help immediately but suggested that I brought the vacuum cleaner in the following Saturday and he would take a lok to see what my problem was.<br> <br> Saturday 23 Jan I returned with the vacuum cleaner. He immediately came forward to assist. He explained what was wrong and got a trolley and personally took me to Verimark where he assisted in putting in the new airfilter and rubber. Before he left he still asked If there was anything else that he could do to assist.<br> <br> His patience, warm friendly approach to his work always smiling was amazing. It is the first time I have ever received such assistance at Game. Someone else would have said go to Verimark but he stayed and assisted till he knew that I was happy.<br> <br> He is an asset to your company and I sincerely hope he receives the praise that is due to him.<br> <br> I have shopped there many times before found staff chat
