complaints dept to get they house in order

I bought a 4 solid plate from game Westwood branch 16/07/2020 delivery 18/07/2020 read the instructions & adhered to it a few days later my wife said the plates are getting white stains .. my daughter called game on 04/08/2020 @ 08:00 & spoke to Ncumisa and that lady said there is a back log expect a call in a weeks time & complaint ref. no. 612489 2 weeks went by no reply .... phone in today 17/08/2020 no record of complaint... then logged a complaint with defy .... get a call from game gaugauteng 17/08/2020 asking about my extended warranty i said this is brand new so the lady got wrong info .... I'm so disappointed in the manner my complaint was handled i need them to change my stove cause complaint was not handled in a professional manner they must have persons to do job properly
