Complaints.

I am very frustrated with Game stores. I bought a washing machine and fridge, unfortunately misplaced the till slip. But a week later went to request a reprint but 3 months later nothing. Are we being punished for misplacing the slip, someone please assist. Going to the shop is simply wasting time, we get told stories only.
