Complaint.asking for help
Made an online purchase on the 20th December 2024 the order was split into two due to unavailability of certain items,part of the order was delivered a day after the day of purchase.the remaining order was not delivered,.it was updated on the 30th that it is out for delivery till to date my order was not delivered.I called game for enquiry on the 3rd of January 2025 and they said they will investigate.it’s been over 72 hours without hearing from them,I called today asking for refund and they said could not assist I have to wait for the parcel to be delivered then reject.I honestly want game to give me my back because they failed to deliver and it has been long overdue

I'm truly sorry that your order was incomplete and the inconvenience it has caused you, including the necessity of making multiple calls for feedback. As per our couriers your order is out for delivery, should you still wish to get your refund, you must decline the package upon delivery, and the items will be returned to the store. The refund will be processed after the store receives the returned units.
