Complaint Regarding Expected Item

<p>Hi</p> <p> </p> <p>There was a promotion for a Russel Hobbs 20L microwave for R799.99 this month at Game stores and i went early in the morning the day of the promotion at the store at the Lenasia Trade Route Mall. I was told they dont even have one on display and that was a disappointment because it was early in the morning. I was not even given a reign cheque and find the service of the lenasia branch very poor.</p> <p>I had looged a complaint on the Game webiste under feedback (compliment or complaint) and to date i have received no feedback.
