Complaint: Price Beat Guarantee

Today (30 December 2024) when I went to claim my 21 days Game Price Beat Guarantee as per the back of the slip I was refused service even though what I purchased was last week Tuesday (23 December 2024).

Instead I was told of a change in the Price Beat Guarantee that was no where to be seen in writing after showing the Store Manager of the receipt stating that if a price is cheaper elsewhere Game will beat the price guarantee as a promise by Game to its customers.
