Good day

My dad bought a fridge for R4470.00 from Game Kollenade on thhe22nd March 2018. He paid add for delivery which was supposed to take place the Saturday.

They have been phoning every day so far to try and locate the fridge and everyday a new story.

The fridge has till now not yet been delivered.

My dad is 85 and my mom 80 and I must say I am not impressed with the service from Game.

When I phoned you could hardly hear what was said to me by the lady – the background noise was horrific.

A promise was made that my mom will be phoned in minutes, yet we about 2 hours later and no fridge nor a call.

This is regarding to me no respect for my mom and dad

Thank you for the reply yet we not in agreement with what you say. We will for sure not buy from GAME again. The address was 100% correct. Your people did not as promised contact us back yesterday. When you speak to them on the phone it is a brawl and huge party at the back and you ask 100x over and over for them to repeat themselves. The lady promised she would phone my mom within minutes and yet....no reply until I started complaining on public forums. I don't think much of the people working for GAME in the Kollenade as I had a incident where you costumer care clerk made me out as uneducated when I returned an item. We had a bid incident in the store so I don't know why my mom and dad went there in the first place. There is a huge problem in the store that is fore sure - but I can say one thing if this fridge is not delivered this morning I will for sure go as high up as possible to bring this people working for GAME and Game to books. This is pathetic service it poor and not acceptable stories.... :-( VERY UNHAPPY
