Complaint of shocking service from Game stores online

Hi, I am really disappointed Game online service. I ordered sports training equipment on the 7th December 2020.(Ref 763340) . Order ***. I have been contacting customer service every few days to check on my order. I eventually received a mail on the 15th December stating order has left the warehouse and is on it way to me. No communication after this mail. I have been phoning again and the people i spoke to are trying to get hold of the courier company to no avail. Shocking service i have never had such a bad experience. Second reference ticket number 758047. I expected better from Game

I would like your assistance to solve this issue and get what i paid for. They do not know where my item is at this stage as they cannot get hold of their courier company. They state on the website that delivery is 7 to maximum 14 days. It has gone past the 14 days. Regards, Efti
