Complaint : mislead to believe that the appliance will be installed on delivery
<p>On Friday 25th Nov i went to the Game store in Rosebank. I was assisted by a guy called Richard. He told me they charge a standard delivery fee, i specifically asked him about the installation of the washing machine and he assured me they will install, i even asked him that the delivery be done on Monday when my helper is there so that they can show her how the machine works. To my suprise on Monday the driver told the helper he doesnt do installation, its an extra R450, something like that. When i called the store am told Richard is not at work, he will call me when he returns. Really !!! This is pathetic, somebody please get back to me and sort out this mess ASAP</p>
so i had to wait for monday & tuesday because Richard was not at work. on wednesday he returned, and he said he can help install the washing machine on condition i pick him up from the store in rosebank, take him to my place in hyde park, to do the installation & then take him back to the store. that really sucked, but my options were limited. in future i will think twice before i return to the Game store !!!
