So game now gives u options to get products when you buy in store. 1.collect in store, 2.collect at the warehouse I then opted foe collection at Cris hani crossing game store. Date of purchase: 24 April 2019 Description: Dual top loader washing machine samsung. Sales agent : Gerald Was told it can take a week or two weeks then ill go collect. Been calling and going in the store to follow up with no luck of getting the exact date of delivery . When I call/go will be told different dates always. Last time I went the sales person told me i should fetch it by the warehouse or get a refund which i clearly stated NO i want what was advertised and chose what will be convenient for me to get "which is collect in store " Today 28 May 2019 the whole day the Gerald guy did not pick up my calls,called the store with no luck of getting the answers. Then sent a friend to go check for me only to be told the machine is still not there. I wont have time or money to go fetch it at the warehouse in Germiston hence opted for store collection. It is winter now all this is an inconvenience.
