Complaint-Game Store, The Reds Mall, Centurion

I am beyond the word, Outraged : I purchased a Bennett Read iron, beginning of December 2021, 5 months later the iron stops working, in my attempt to either return or exchange the item in-store where I had purchased it, at Game The Reds Mall in Centurion. I was informed by the two managers Jeff and Celia that due to the CPA, I cannot be furnished with a new item instantly, as the current iron needs to be technically assessed which will take approximately 21 days. IMAGINE 21 days without an iron!!!!!!! This item is less than 6 months old and is still under warranty, why can I not get assistance as a customer. This is unacceptable!!!! I have purchased numerous appliances from different retail outlets, and I have always been able to either return or exchange an item as long as I have proof of purchase and the item in within 6-12 months. NEVER AGAIN WILL I PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM GAME, AND REMEMBER WORD OF MONTH IS THE MOST POWERFUL FORM OF ADVERTISING.
