Complaint (Game online shopping)
I placed an online order on the 1st of October 2023 and I haven't received it. I made more than 5 follow ups but still. They keep on saying they will mark it as urgent but still, today's date 28th of October 2023.
Can I please have my full refund please. Order number ***. I requested them to refund me an send an email on the 27th October 2023. Don't make me wait too long again please.
