Complaint

On the 3rd of August I sent my 43 inch sinotec tv for repairs because it was not showing pictures we can only hear the sound.They told me to wait for their call in about 21 days.On the 15 of August I received a message that my tv is back I can come and collect it and on the same day after sometime I also received a call from a lady telling me that my tv is back but is not fixed because it has a crack on I then told her that when I brought the tv it had no cracks then she told me to go to the store and when I went there I asked them to show me the tv and it shows signs of ink of which when I sent it,it didn't had.
