Complaint

I bough a microwave & washing machine in 2021 May 30, 1 May 2023 my start button was not working. I called through game customer support to enquire as I did not have a slip & I was informed I would need the slip for the warranty. Long story short I found the POP which the said I could use as a slip so the process can proceed. I was pulled from pillar to post, one agent even told me to send the microwave at the store that when I requested that in writing she took my email & never sent the email. Now they just closed the ticked yet it’s not solved, I cannot believe this is how you treat your customers. All my appliances I buy them from you guys & this is what I get for being loyal to you?
