Complaint- bad behaviour of note.

I walked into Game liquor to be rudely told to sanitize. When I tried to explain that I sanitized in the car I was verbally abused and told that she was not here to beg me I should stand outside. She does not know how to talk to customers. Had she been polite it was not gonna escalate instead she continued to yell Infront of other customers. when I asked the cashier refilwe leshabane if she thought what she did was right she told my partner that to avoid it we should've sanitized and left it but I explained that's not how you talk to customers she agreed . I asked where do I report the matter she said I must go to the game store next door and ask for her manager.i found another short chubby lady and she asked why I wanted the manager ,when we told her we wanna report the security at the game liquor she laughed and she said no I'm so sorry.please don't report her what did she do. That alone told me that she is used to getting away with her behaviour. It's very disappointing. Please do something about this lady as she's not good for business, I work in menlyn but I will never go back there,I will definitely choose another shop.she was on duty 01/04/2022 at 13:30 ,game liquor menlyn. O tlwayela batho and ke motho Omo golo! Disappointing for a mall like menlyn.
