Complaint against the Store Manager of Game fourways mall

I went to game store at fourways mall to pay my RCS account on the 28th of February 2023and I forgot my lunch bag by the till, later that day I called the store to check if they found my bag. The ladie on the phone confirmed that they found my bag and I told them that I will send my colleague to come fetch it, when my colleague got there ,they told him the person who has key to the lost and found items has already knocked off, today the 17th of March 2023 I went there to fetch my bag, only to be told that the store manager threw away my bag. It's even a month since I forgot it there but he or she already throws it away. They didn't even bother to call me back to ask if am still coming to fetch my bag. The manager did not apologize to me for throwing away my bag. The store manager can't throw away my bag because I called the store and told them I will come fetch my bag.
